Mark was great to work with from the very start. He helped design a pool for me that I loved before I even knew what I wanted! He went out of his wat to help with HOA issues that held up the start of construction. He was in constant contact and explained everything to me fully. He made multiple site visits to ensure everything was on track and to standards. I wish I had more room for praise. I can’t say enough good things about Mark and was never once disappointed with anything he did. I will send anyone his way for a pool. He’s done great and I couldn’t be happier with him or our beautiful pool!

We recently had our pool remodeled by Premier and just want to take a moment to comment on our overall satisfaction with the results. We can’t say enough good things about Shawn throughout this entire process. His professionalism and genuine interest in making sure we are satisfied customers speaks volumes for the approach your company takes with its customers. He was in constant contact with us from day 1 to even now, several weeks after the project was completed, to make sure we were comfortable, informed and completely satisfied. Whenever we needed Shawn, he was there, whether it be returning phone calls, or on occasion at our house. We received many quotes from builders in the Valley and to be honest, we went with Premier primarily because of our trust in Shawn. The quality of the work performed by your contractors was outstanding. We loved the final product we walked away with. For the most part the coordination of the various processes was well managed and although there were some scheduling “hiccups” this could primarily be attributed to difficulties with the landscaping process that was going on simultaneously. The start-up employee, Brandon, that assisted us in understanding the pool equipment and maintenance, was again, excellent. He was knowledgeable, thorough and patient as we were going to be working with a system with which we had no previous experience. He made it clear that if we ever had questions or problems in the future, to simply give him a call. Again, we were totally satisfied in this regard. We would certainly offer our recommendations for Premier Pools and have given Shawn approval to use us as a selling tool for future business. Thank you again!

Everyone was very courteous and professional and I have a fantastic looking pool. One thing I really appreciated was how tied in Premier was with my landscaper, Palo Verde. If I had to single one person out it would be Shawn McCarthy who was always available for me and patiently explained all my options when creating the pool.

It is my pleasure to write this letter to inform you of my complete satisfaction with your employee “Sharkie”. That was the only identification that I have, but he is an outstanding representative of your service. On Monday, 27 September, Mr (?) Sharkie delivered some spa steps that we had ordered. He was polite, clean and very respectful with many “Yes, sir” and “No, sir” responses to my questions. He was the individual that came with Mike to perform the initial setup of our new spa.

His only assignment was to replace the spa steps that were delivered with an upgraded step package. I had also requested some additional Spa 56 since I was running low on chlorine which he also delivered. All went as expected, but I had several questions regarding the pool chemistry since I have been struggling to keep everything under control since the initial installation. Mr. Sharkie was all answers and extremely polite and especially helpful. Very patiently, he answered all of my questions and let me know that I was doing all the correct maintenance. He almost had to completely re-do the initial setup discussion. This man is a key ingredient in y our sales team and a key ingredient in my satisfaction with Premier systems.

I will admit that my wife and I had serious discussion regarding a competitor’s product, but I am happy that we picked Premier because of the personal and pleasant environment, and the follow up service that we would have never known without Sharkie. I will consider Premier in my future plans should I ever need additional spa help or support.
